Instant Pot cabbage and sausage is the easiest dinner ever! A great bonus is that it's low-carb! Just dump sausage and cabbage in the Instant Pot and get a hot delicious meal in 10 minutes!
Put water, cabbage and sausage in the Instant Pot and sprinkle with garlic powder. Close the lid and turn the valve to a Sealing position. Press the "Pressure Cook" or "Manual" button and set the time to 10 minutes.
When the Instant Pot is done cooking, quick release (QR) the steam. Drain cabbage and sausage to remove excess water, then add salt and pepper to taste and serve.
Notes
You can also make this recipe with uncooked sausage, just increase the cooking time to 12 minutes, then cut the sausage into pieces after everything is cooked.
