These healthy fried apples are amazing! No butter or oil needed! Apples are sauteed in a non-stick frying pan with cinnamon and a bit of honey - so good!
Spray a large non-stick frying pan with a non-stick cooking spray and heat it over medium-high heat. Add apples and cook, stirring every minute, for 4 minutes.
Cover the pan and reduce heat to low. Cook for 4 minutes.
Uncover the pan, add cinnamon and honey and stir to combine. Cook for 2 more minutes, or until the apples are of desired softness.
