Cooking frozen edamame in the microwave is super easy! Restaurant worthy edamame in a pod will come out of your microwave after you follow these easy instructions!
Put edamame and water in a microwave-safe bowl and loosely cover the bowl with a microwave-safe lid (or plastic wrap or microwave-safe plate if you don't have the lid).
Microwave the frozen edamame on High for 5 minutes.
Remove cooked edamame from the microwave, drain, sprinkle with coarse salt and toss until evenly coated with salt.
