These air fryer chicken fajitas are amazing! So quick and easy, healthy and low carb! Chicken fajitas are a complete dinner, ready in 20 minutes thanks to the air fryer!
1lbboneless skinless chicken breastssliced into thin strips
2bell pepperssliced into thin strips
1onionsliced
2tbspchili powder
1limesqueezed
2tbspolive oil
Instructions
Put sliced chicken, bell peppers and onion in a bowl. Add lime juice, chili powder and olive oil and toss until combined.
Put the chicken fajita mixture in the air fryer basket. Cook in the air fryer at 400F for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
Notes
Optional step: for deeper flavor, marinate the raw fajita mixture on the counter for 30 minutes or in a refrigerator overnight before cooking in the air fryer.
