Preheat the oven to 400F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
Drop Parmesan cheese on a baking sheet by a tablespoon, then flatten the piles to make circles. (You can use a buiscuit cutter to keep the circles neat if desired.)
Put baking sheets in the oven and bake for 5 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
Remove Parmesan crisps from the oven and let cool on a baking sheet for 5 minutes.
Notes
Parmesan crisps can be stored at room temperature for up to 3 days.
