First you'll need to prep the radishes. Wash them thoroughly and chop off the ends. Then cut the radishes into quarters. This helps them to cook faster.
Heat a nonstick skillet to high heat. Add radishes and a drizzle of olive oil (or any vegetable oil) to the pan.
Once the oil starts sizzling, toss the radishes with a spatula and reduce the heat to med high.
Cook for 3-4 minutes, mixing radishes every minute.
Reduce heat to medium and cook for an additional 15 minutes or until radishes are cooked through. If they need additional cooking time to be tender, just add a few more minutes on medium heat.
Now it's time to add your seasonings. Use the spatula to coat the radishes evenly in the seasonings.
Next turn off heat and move the cooked radishes to a serving plate or bowl.
