1/2bunch cilantrofinely chopped (leaves only, no stems)
1jalapenofinely chopped
2garlic clovesminced
1/2limesqueezed
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cut the avocados in half, scoop them out of their shell and remove and discard the pits. Put the avocado flesh in a bowl and mash with a fork or potato masher. Mash it so some small chunks still remain.
Add all other ingredients to the avocado and mix. Add salt and pepper to taste.
