These healthy apple oatmeal muffins are amazing! No sugar added, they are naturally sweetened with apples and banana! These oatmeal muffin cups are perfect for a snack or breakfast on the go! This is the healthiest muffin recipe you'll ever find!
Preheat the oven to 375F. Line a muffin tin with 12 paper baking cups.
Mash banana in a large bowl.
Add the eggs and baking powder to the banana and mix until combined.
Dice the apples into very small pieces.
Add apples, cinnamon and oatmeal to the banana mixture. Mix everything until combined.
Distribute the batter between 12 muffin cups.
Bake the apple oatmeal muffins for 30 minutes. If the apples are not soft enough after 30 minutes, bake for an additional 10 minutes.

These muffins are naturally sweetened with apples and banana, so they are definitely not nearly as sweet as traditional muffins. If you like them to be sweeter, feel free to add 1/4 to 1/2 cup of sugar or honey to the batter. Enjoy!See also:
