When it's good it's great but when it's not....
I've been buying this coconut milk for 2 years and it is the best tasting coconut milk of any I have tried (and I have tried many different brands). However, every once in awhile a bad batch arrives and when that happens there is NO REFUND or RETURN possible. The order I received this time is undrinkable and there is no recourse. So unfortunate. There needs to be better customer service from both this company and Amazon for this product. Not sure if I will be purchasing any longer.

This is the only coconut milk I will buy. Thanks to Megan @ AllergyFreeAlaska for the tip many years ago, I've been buying this for that many years. I use this for coffee creamer, dairy free "buttermilk" ranch dressing, creamy soup and more.
The quality is consistent and I have never had a problem other than the packing and shipping, Amazon does not take care to add bubble wrap and some packages are dented but thankfully I've never had one severely damaged and leaking.
Highly recommended.

I used to use a different brand that came in cans from Amazon and these are so much better. I now use only coconut milk that has no added ingredients. Sometimes I needed a small amount so I appreciate this size over the cans. Plus I sometimes received dented cans. My Asian market stocks these in cans so I buy them there to use if a whole can is called for, but this is what I use the most. I often have some left over, so I pinch the top together and use a binder clip or two to store in refrigerator - and write the date to use by on carton.

I bought Aroy-D Coconut Milk in UHT packaging for almost 9 years. It used to make me so very happy. Finding additive-free coconut milk is difficult. Packaging laws in the US meant that sometimes companies could add ingredients that didn't have to be disclosed. I give Amazon credit for hosting international reviews where consumers could compare ingredient labels. In stricter countries, labels disclosed an exact ingredient listing and customers posted pics which helped the rest of us. I blame Aroy-D for caving to the whiny customers who hated the "clumping". That clumping was proof the coconut milk was additive free! The first time my Aroy-D poured smoothly without clumps I knew there was a new ingredient not listed on the label. It took a while but now the label reflects the addition of Polysorbate 60. Because I love the product, I tried to ignore the additive. Sure, it was kind of nice not to deal with the clumps but eventually I couldn't ignore the scratchy throat and unhappy gut symptoms that can only be attributed to the additive. There aren't many other good options. I still have some in my pantry from the last order and I'll use it up eventually but that will be the last. This used to make my dairy-free, morning coffee easy and palatable. Pardon the pun, but I'm gutted.

We use this for coffee, cooking, tea, cream for mixed drinks, and the occasional yummy sip.

It tastes amazing, just like the water +meat blended straight from a coconut! No funny (or outright discussing) flavors like many others.

The little boxes are just the right size to use in about a week after opening, for two people. So the cases are 12 are a great value.

Not to be used as replacement for regular "drinking" milks -- I've heard it will cause digestive troubles. Hopefully that's just all the fiber of the coconut meat.

Love that there's nothing else in these besides the coconut milk. Adds amazing coconut flavor to chicken pot pie (my favorite--and only--way to use it)! (if making the pot pie, add some bay leaf in when cooking the chicken and vegetables--I pressure cook them in the ninja foodi).

I didn’t like that the ingredients have recently changed (looks to have a preservative now Polysorbate 60) and country of origin change (Vietnam to Thailand) which makes me suspect if it’s even the same product. First couple boxes were unacceptable. By that, I mean weird, foamy, oily, didn’t incorporate into a hot beverage; Oil floated on top. The next few boxes were great. Exactly why I buy this product & what I love; Creamy, blended into hot beverage like cream. I guess that’s inconsistency.
Overall I’d recommend. I’d prefer to know why the ingredient list changed.

This non-dairy milk comes the closest to heavy cream. I’ve used it for a couple of years, and it’s my favorite. No additives, so it will go bad after a few days. You can freeze the leftovers, so they won’t spoil. You can use it as milk if you use 1/2 water & 1/2 milk. Love this coconut milk!

I've been using this brand of coconut milk for years. It tastes amazing and is great for being plastic endocrine disruptor-free (because not in a can) and additive free (no gums, preservatives or stabilizers which are bad for your gut). Because it doesn't contain stabilizers or preservatives it goes bad quickly, but can be stored in the fridge safely for two days and I find I can drink a whole 8.5 oz container to myself in my coffee or diluted to make coconut milk for smoothies/cereal in that time frame.

I love that this doesn't taste heavily of coconut and tends to remain as milk even though coconut milk often separates into water and fat. If it does separate (as often happens in cooler ambient temps), soaking in a hot water bath for 5-10 minutes takes care of it. I have small glass jars I transfer the leftovers to to keep the unused portion fresh.

Only think is the most recent purchase from Kah Mart was of inferior quality. It tasted like it had gone bad and was thin and watery. I tried contacting the seller and they did not get back to me in the expected time frame, so I contacted Amazon and they gave me a refund for the inferior product and I ordered a new batch from another seller.

I've been purchasing this product in the same 8.5 oz container monthly for the last 9 months and experienced no issues with quality until this most recently batch (all different sellers). I sure hope it was just the batch which is supposed to expire May 24, 2018 and not a change in product quality overall.
