This homemade almond butter is so much cheaper, healthier and tastier than store-bought! Making your own almond butter is extremely easy! Whole organic almonds are processed in a food processor with a pinch of salt to make amazing healthy smooth homemade almond butter - yum!

Ingredients
  • 1 lb whole almonds
  • ¼ tsp salt
Instructions
  1. Put the almonds and salt into a food processor bowl fitted with the steel blade.
  2. Turn the food processor on and process for 4 minutes.
  3. Turn off the food processor and mix the almonds, scraping down the sides of the bowl.
  4. Turn on the food processor and process until the mixture turns into a sticky ball.
  5. Turn off the food processor and mix the almonds, breaking apart the ball.
  6. Turn on the food processor and process until the mixture becomes smooth and the right consistency of the almond butter. The entire process takes 15-20 minutes.
