These homemade chicken nuggets are very easy to make and are very healthy! Finally - a kids favorite that is all natural and made from scratch!

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1 cup Panko bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • ¾ tsp salt
  1. Preheat the oven to 425F.
  2. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Whisk the egg in a bowl with a fork.
  4. Cut the chicken into 1-inch pieces and put in a bowl.
  5. Add the egg to the chicken, and toss with your hands to coat the chicken with the egg.
  6. Put the chicken in a 1-gallon Ziploc bag. Add the bread crumbs to the bag. Close the Ziploc bag and shake it until all the chicken is coated with bread crumbs.
  7. Put the chicken nuggets on a lined cookie sheet in a single layer.
  8. Put in the oven and bake the chicken nuggets for 20 minutes.
