Roasting is the best way of cooking broccoli! Broccoli is tossed with olive oil, roasted in the oven and seasoned with salt and pepper - so healthy and tasty! Even those people who don't like broccoli will like this version!

  • 1 lb broccoli
  • 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 425F. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut broccoli into florets. Put broccoli florets in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Mix everything with your hands so the broccoli is coated with oil.
  3. Put the broccoli on a baking sheet. Put it in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
  4. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
