This Instant Pot beef stew is amazing! No browning needed! This is a true dump dinner - just throw all ingredients in the Instant Pot and take out steaming hot beef stew! Super tender and delicious!

  • 2 lbs beef stew meat, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 6 potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 cups baby carrots
  • 3 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup water
  1. Put all ingredients in the Instant Pot and mix together.
  2. Close the Instant Pot lid and turn the valve to a Sealing position. Press the "Pressure Cook" or "Manual" button and set the time to 40 minutes on High pressure.
  3. When the Instant Pot is done cooking, let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then quick release (QR) the remaining steam.
