This is the low-carb version of fruit and yogurt parfait (just like Starbucks, but healthy)! Beautifully layered in a mason jar, this make-ahead healthy breakfast makes healthy eating so much easier!

  • ¼ cup blueberries or blackberries
  • ¼ cup raspberries or strawberries
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup walnuts or other nuts
  1. Put blueberries on the bottom of the 16 oz mason jar.
  2. Put raspberries on top of blueberries.
  3. Add Greek yogurt on top of the berries.
  4. Add the walnuts on top.
  5. These yogurt breakfasts will keep in a refrigerator for up to 5 days.
