These keto baked meatballs are so easy to make, healthy and delicious! This should be a staple recipe for keto or any low carb diet! So tender and yummy!

  • 2 lbs ground beef or turkey
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • 1½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  1. Preheat the oven to 425F and line the baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine the ground meat with grated onion, salt and pepper.
  3. Shape the meat mixture into 1½-inch meatballs and put them on a baking sheet.
  4. Put keto meatballs in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
