  • 1 package (16 oz) mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Heat the oil in a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add mushroom and onion slices to the frying pan. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes, or until tender, browned and cooked through.
  3. Seasoned sauteed mushrooms and onions with salt and pepper to taste.
