  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 egg
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • ½ cup quick oats
  • 1 tbsp raisins or dried cranberries
  1. Put melted butter, honey and egg in a mug. Whisk with a fork until well blended.
  2. Add oats, cinnamon and baking powder and mix until combined.
  3. Add raisins and mix until incorporated.
  4. Put the mug in a microwave and cook on High for 90 seconds.
