Ingredients
1 tbsp butter, melted
2 tbsp honey
1 egg
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp baking powder
½ cup quick oats
1 tbsp raisins or dried cranberries
Instructions
Put melted butter, honey and egg in a mug. Whisk with a fork until well blended.
Add oats, cinnamon and baking powder and mix until combined.
Add raisins and mix until incorporated.
Put the mug in a microwave and cook on High for 90 seconds.
