These healthy cinnamon snickerdoodles cookies are amazing! They are gluten-free, free from refined sugar and vegan too! They taste mouthwatering, so full of cinnamon and maple flavor, this is the only healthy snickerdoodles recipe you'll ever need!

  • ½ cup creamy almond butter
  • ¾ cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2½ cups almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1½ tbsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp salt
  1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, add the almond butter, maple syrup and vanilla, and mix until combined.
  3. Add the almond flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt and mix until combined.
  4. Drop the dough by a heaping tablespoon onto the baking sheet, spacing the cookies at least 2 inches apart.
  5. Put the baking sheet in the oven and bake the cookies for 10 minutes.
