This paleo chocolate mug cake tastes so amazing, it's hard to believe it's healthy! Truly epic! It's high in protein, gluten-free and free of refined sugar! You can eat it for healthy breakfast every day!

  • 4 tbsp almond flour
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp milk (or almond milk or coconut milk)
  • 1 tsp coconut oil (or substitute with melted butter)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  1. Put all ingredients in a mug and mix with a fork until combined.
  2. Put the mug in a microwave and cook on High for 1 minute.
