These homemade baked pita chips are amazing! They are so crunchy, yummy and addictive, you just can't stop eating them! Super easy to make and so much better than store-bought!

  • 4 pitas
  • 4 tsp olive oil
  • Seasonings to taste
  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  2. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
  3. Brush each pita with olive oil on both sides.
  4. Using scissors, cut pitas into triangle chip-sized wedges.
  5. Arrange pita wedges on baking sheets in a single layer, so they are not touching.
  6. If you'd like, sprinkle pita chips with seasonings of your choice (for example, salt, pepper, cinnamon, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder).
  7. Put pita chips in the oven and bake for 15 minutes, or until crispy.
