This cranberry & goat cheese bruschetta is so festive, so colorful and so delicious! This easy appetizer is always a hit, perfect for the holiday season!

  • 12 slices of French baguette
  • ½ cup cranberry sauce
  • 4 oz goat cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian herb seasoning
  1. Preheat the oven to 375F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Put the bread slices on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Brush the bread slices with olive oil and sprinkle with ½ tsp of Italian herb seasoning.
  5. Put the bread slices in the oven and bake for 7 minutes.
  6. Put the toasted bread on a serving platter in a single layer.
  7. Spread the bread slices with goat cheese.
  8. Top the bread slices with cranberry sauce.
  9. Sprinkle the bruschetta with remaining ½ tsp of Italian herb seasoning.
