This salad with chopped tomatoes and onions is very simple and so tasty at the same time! I love simple salads – they are a snap to make and make such a great side to any meat or fish entree!
If you usually only make green salads with lettuce and are looking for a change, try this salad recipe – it doesn’t have any lettuce leaves. There is no green in this salad – just red from the tomatoes and white from the onion. It’s really refreshing to eat a salad that’s not green 🙂
Tomatoes and onion are chopped and tossed with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper – that’s all there is to it. If you never made this easy salad, try it – you’ll be amazed how delicious and simple a recipe can be!
