- Lettuce greens
- Hardboiled eggs, peeled and chopped
- Deli meat, chopped (you can use any lunch meat like turkey, roast beef, ham, salami or bologna)
- Sliced cheese, cut into pieces
- Feta cheese or blue cheese
- Tomatoes, chopped
- Avocado, peeled and chopped
- Italian dressing (or make your own by mixing 1 tbsp olive oil with 1 tsp vinegar)
