Don’t have poppyseeds? No problem! Just omit the poppyseeds and make it into simple honey-lemon dressing :) This fruit salad is so juicy and delicious, that it will taste awesome even without any dressing!

This festive pomegranate winter fruit salad is so easy to make and so delicious! This is a perfect holiday fruit salad recipe for Christmas and Thanksgiving!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 2 cups pineapple cubed
  • 4 kiwis sliced
  • 1 can 14 oz orange segments, drained (or use sliced fresh oranges)
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tsp poppy seeds optional

Instructions

  • Put honey, lemon juice and poppy seeds in a cup and whisk with a fork until combined.
  • Put pomegranate, pineapple, kiwi, oranges and banana slices in a large bowl.
  • Pour the honey lemon dressing over the fruits and toss to combine.
