Cheese quesadillas make excellent portable lunches. If you are tired of packing the old boring sandwiches for lunch, try cheese quesadillas!
Cheese quesadillas are made by putting shredded cheese inside a flour tortilla, folding the tortilla in half and cooking it in a frying pan for a minute on each side until cheese is melted. For a complete recipe, see cheese quesadillas recipe. Even though cheese quesadillas taste best piping hot right out of the frying pan, they are still pretty good cold or reheated in a microwave.
To pack cheese quesadilla in a lunchbox, just put it inside the plastic ziploc bag. Cheese quesadillas are very convenient – they don’t fall apart and don’t get soggy!

I love the idea of having something different for lunch! I am soooo bored with my usual sandwich and am looking for new ideas! Do you think I would be able to make them Sunday and leave them in the fridge and eat them throughout the week or would they go bad?
