How you prepare your mushrooms depends on their size. If the mushrooms are big, cut them into quarters. If they are small, cut them in halves. If they are tiny, you can leave them whole!

Step 2 Of How To Make Marinated Mushrooms: Prepare The Liquid Marinade
In a saucepan or small pot, mix olive oil, red wine vinegar, minced garlic, chopped onion, dried parsley and salt. Bring to a boil.

Step 3 Of How To Make Marinated Mushrooms: Add Mushrooms
When the liquid boils, add the mushrooms and mix.

Step 4 Of How To Make Marinated Mushrooms: Cook The Mushrooms
Cook the mushrooms, uncovered, over low heat for 10 minutes.
At the end of cooking, the mushrooms will shrink like you can see on the picture below:
Step 5 Of How To Make Marinated Mushrooms: Chill The Mushrooms
When your mushrooms are ready, remove them from the pot. Put them in a bowl and let the mushrooms cool down. Put the marinated mushrooms in the refrigerator. Marinated mushrooms should be served chilled.
