		<description>Yum, I will try this.  I don&#039;t like onion and tomato in guacamole, but I do use a little garlic, a little chilli and a squeeze of lime juice.  The lime helps bring out the flavour too.  You may get tastier avocadoes than we do in UK - I don&#039;t think they like flying very much.</description>
