  • 1 lb asparagus
  • 1 lb mushrooms
  • 2 onions
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Salmon Teriyaki Recipe

  • 2 lbs salmon fillets
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup mirin (Japanese rice wine, found in the grocery isle next to soy sauce)
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp oil

Spinach Lasagna Recipe

  • 15 no-boil lasagna noodles
  • 1 package (5 oz) fresh baby spinach
  • 1 package (15 oz) ricotta cheese
  • 1 package (8 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 jar (24 oz) pasta sauce

Roasted Turkey Breast Tenderloin Recipe

  • 2 lbs turkey breast tenderloin
  • 1½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper

  • 1 lb penne pasta
