Crockpot Chicken Onion Stew

  • 1 whole cut-up raw chicken
  • 3 onions

Crab Cakes

  • 1 lb canned crab meat
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup mayo
  • 1 lemon
  • 5 green onion stalks
  • 1 small package Ritz crackers
  • ¼ cup flour
  • 2 tbsp oil

Baked Beans And Zucchini Casserole

  • 4 zucchinis
  • 1 onion
  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (15 oz) white cannellini beans
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian herbs seasoning

Deli Turkey Bagel Sandwiches

  • 4 bagels, sliced
  • 12 deli turkey slices
  • 4 cheese slices
  • 2 tbsp mayo
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, sliced

Thai Chicken Salad

  • 1 rotisserie chicken
  • 2 mangoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 large package lettuce leaves
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 4 green onions
  • 2 limes
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Banana Bread Muffins

  • 1½ cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 3 large bananas
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 6 tbsp butter

    1. The best thing about that stew is that it uses just 2 ingredients- chicken and onions! The onions turn into a delicious sauce after simmering in a slow cooker – will satisfy your onion freak side for sure!

  1. Oh my gosh…bagel sandwiches! I used to live off of bagel sandwiches when I was in college. I kid you not. Twice a day…and sometimes another for a snack. Haha! I totally need to make these bagel sandwiches and have a trip down memory lane!
