Fiber One 90 Calorie Chocolate Chip Cookie Brownies

I love the original Fiber One 90 Calorie Chocolate Fudge Brownies and I always buy them in bulk at Costco. On my last trip to Costco, I saw a new kind of Fiber One 90 Calorie Brownies next to the original brownies – the Chocolate Chip Cookie Brownies! The new Fiber One 90 Calorie Chocolate Chip Cookie Brownie is light colored with the chocolate chips (like a cookie), but it is still rectangular shape like a brownie.
A chocolate chip cookie that’s only 90 calories and has 5 grams of fiber as a bonus – I knew I had to try these cookie brownies right away! I bought the whole Costco box of 38 Chocolate Chip Cookie Brownies and have been enjoying them for a snack!
The Fiber One Chocolate Chip Cookie Brownie is really tasty. Is it a cookie or a brownie? I say it’s definitely a brownie. Even though it has the light color of the dough and real chocolate chips, it has a cake-like (and not cookie-like) texture. The texture of the Chocolate Chip Cookie Brownie is the same as the original Fiber One 90 Calorie Chocolate Fudge Brownie.
Here is the nutritional information for the Fiber One 90 Calorie Chocolate Chip Cookie Brownie – serving size 1 brownie, 90 calories, 3 grams of fat, 1.5 grams of saturated fat, zero trans fat, zero cholesterol, 90 mg sodium, 18 g total carbohydrate, 5 grams of fiber, 8 grams of sugar, 1 gram of protein, 2% of iron. One tasty cookie brownie has 20% of the recommended daily value of fiber!
Which 90 calorie brownie is better – the chocolate chip cookie or the original chocolate fudge brownie? They are both really tasty! I love dark chocolate, so I prefer the original chocolate brownie, but my kids prefer the chocolate chip cookie one :)
