  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 6 potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • ⅔ cup milk, warm
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

  2. Put potatoes in a pot of salted water, bring to boil and cook for 20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork. Drain the potatoes, then return to pot, add butter, warm milk and minced garlic and mash until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. While the potatoes are cooking, heat the oil on a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the onion and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. Add ground beef and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until the beef is cooked through. Add the BBQ sauce and mix until combined. Add salt and pepper to taste.
