  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • ⅓ cup dried cranberries or raisins
  1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Put the bananas in a bowl and mash with a fork. Add the quick oats and dried cranberries, and mix until combined.
  3. Shape the banana mixture into 8 cookies and put them on a baking sheet.
  4. Put the banana oatmeal cookies in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
