Making this amazing chocolate banana bread is as easy as it gets.  It’s a one-bowl recipe, where everything gets dumped in one bowl and mixed.  First mash the bananas with a fork in a bowl and add the liquid ingredients: oil, eggs and vanilla. Next, add the dry ingredients – flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda – and mix.  Finally, add the chocolate chips and mix.
