Roasted Small Potatoes Recipe

roasted new potatoes

I love making roasted small potatoes even more than regular big potatoes because you don’t need to peel the small potatoes!  The small new potatoes have a very thin delicate skin that’s edible, and no peeling means less work for a lazy cook 🙂  Just halve the small potatoes and toss them in oil, then throw in the oven and they’ll get yummy, roasted and brown!  See my roasted small potatoes recipe.
