Cottage cheese with fruits and walnuts is one of my breakfast staples.  It is very easy to put together, yummy, doesn’t require cooking and keeps me full until lunch!

Cottage cheese goes great with peaches.  Here I have mixed the cottage cheese with chopped peaches and chopped walnuts.

If you are not a fan of cottage cheese, try reducing the amount of cottage cheese and increasing the amount of fruit – you might discover a new favorite breakfast!

Cottage Cheese With Peach And Walnut Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of cottage cheese
  • 2 peaches
  • 1/4 cup walnuts

Instructions

  1. Slice the peaches, then chop them into small pieces.
  2. Chop the walnuts.
  3. Mix the cottage cheese with peach pieces and chopped walnuts.

  1. While growing up I never thought cottage cheese was delicious but somehow I came to like it a lot. I am trying to reduce my weight and this sounds like a light breakfast option. I like it and will give it a try!
