How To Make Chicken Salad With Grapes

Grapes are quite an unusual ingredient in a savory dish, but are perfect in a chicken salad.  When you bite into this chicken salad, grapes produce bursts of juicy flavor that enhances the taste of the chicken.

Chicken salad is a great way to use leftover chicken.  If you don’t have leftover chicken, you can buy cooked chicken breasts at the deli.  And of course, you can cook the chicken breast yourself just for this salad :)

Ingredients For The Chicken Salad With Grapes:

1 chicken breast, cooked
1 boiled egg, peeled
2 tbsp mayo
A handful of grapes

Directions How To Make Chicken Salad With Grapes:

Chop the chicken into small pieces.  Mash the egg with a fork. Cut each grape in half.

In a bowl, mix all ingredients.  You are done!

You can eat this chicken salad as a salad or side dish, or between 2 slices of bread as a chicken salad sandwich.

I’m a big chicken salad fan and try every new recipe I see. This is a winner. Sometimes I put toasted nuts in it for a change of pace.
