Cheese quesadillas are my go-to meal whenever I’m short on time. I always have the ingredients for cheese quesadillas recipe in my refrigerator – flour tortillas and packaged shredded cheese can stay fresh in the refrigerator for weeks. If you don’t know what to make for dinner, see if you have tortillas and shredded cheese – and if you do, you’ll have a super-easy yummy meal on the table in 5 minutes.
Cheese quesadillas are also very kid-friendly. Most kids, even those who are very picky eaters, love cheese quesadillas! Cheese quesadillas are also very portable and can be packed in kid’s school lunch boxes.

Ingredients For Cheese Quesadillas Recipe:
1 flour tortilla
A large handful of shredded cheese
1 tsp of oil
Directions How To Make Cheese Quesadillas:
Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Put the cheese on the tortilla, then fold the tortilla in half (so the cheese is inside) and put folded tortilla on the frying pan.
After the tortilla becomes golden-brown on the bottom (about 2-3 minutes), flip the quesadilla and cook the other side for another 2 minutes. Remove the cheese quesadilla from heat and serve. Gooey warm melted cheese inside of crispy hot tortilla – yum yum! Enjoy!
