This Thanksgiving turkey recipe produces the best yummiest turkey I ever tasted! The turkey comes out perfectly browned on the outside, and most, juicy and succulent on the inside! Before I made this turkey, I always thought that I don’t like turkey breast meat because it’s too dry… but I loved the breast meat on this turkey! The turkey breast meat was also moist and melting in my mouth! This is the Thanksgiving turkey that your guests will rave about and ask for the recipe. And the best thing of all is that this Thanksgiving turkey recipe is super-easy – you put the turkey in the oven and forget about it until it’s done. No messy basting is needed! This Thanksgiving turkey recipe uses the brown paper shopping bag. Yes, the brown paper bag from the grocery store – the kind that you get when you choose paper over plastic :) Don’t confuse it with the oven bag – I have tried making the turkey in the oven bag before, and it was not nearly as good as the one made in the brown paper bag! If you are concerned about the paper bag catching on fire – be [...]

Roasted Turkey Breast Tenderloin recipe is extremely easy to make. All you need to do is put desired seasoning on the turkey breast tenderloin, put it in the hot oven, and then take it out of the oven when it’s ready. Roasted turkey breast is very healthy. If you are watching your calories, you’ll really like that fact that turkey breast is a very lean meat. In addition to being lowfat, roasted turkey breast tenderloin is delicious! Slice the roasted turkey breast, pair it with cranberry sauce and enjoy your yummy dinner. Here’s the picture of the roasted turkey breast tenderloin, some of it is already sliced! Ingredients For Roasted Turkey Breast Tenderloin Recipe: Turkey breast tenderloin Salt and pepper Your favorite seasonings Directions How To Make Roasted Turkey Breast Tenderloin: Preheat the oven to 350F. Check the packaging of your turkey breast tenderloin to see if it’s seasoned or not. Some turkey breast tenderloins come already salted and seasoned, so the last thing you’d want to do is to add even more salt to a pre-seasoned turkey :) If you bought your turkey breast from a butcher counter, it’s not seasoned. If it’s a packaged turkey breast (for example, [...]

Have you seen those giant turkey legs sold in the meat section of the grocery store? Do you always pass on them because you don’t know how to cook turkey legs? Next time you see turkey legs, get them – cooking turkey legs is really easy. In fact, baked turkey legs is an effortless meal – you just put the turkey legs in the oven, and the oven does all the work for you!
Stuffed peppers is a one-dish meal. Bell peppers are stuffed with a mixture of meat, rice and fried onions, then simmered in tomato sauce. Any color bell peppers are great for stuffing – you can make stuffed green bell peppers, stuffed red bell peppers, stuffed yellow bell peppers and orange ones too. You can use any kind of ground meat in stuffed peppers, but I like their taste best with ground turkey. Stuffed peppers recipe can be made with and without the slowcooker. I like to make stuffed peppers in a slowcooker as I don’t like to babysit the simmering pot on the stove :) Ingredients for Stuffed Peppers Recipe: 6 large bell peppers 2 lbs of ground turkey 1 cup of cooked rice (I usually cook it in advance using the rice cooker) 2 medium onions, chopped 1 tbsp oil 1 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce 1 tbsp sugar Directions How To Make Stuffed Peppers Recipe In A Slow Cooker: Heat the oil on a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Add onions, and cook, stirring periodically, for 5 minutes.
The key to a mega-successful turkey burger is a great rich bread. When the burger is made out of beef, the meat is the star of the cheeseburger. Turkey, on the other hand, has a more mellow flavor then beef, and that’s the reason why turkey burgers are usually blah. Well, this turkey cheeseburger is far from blah! Brioche is a super-rich, very soft and very flavorful bread, and the turkey cheeseburger made with brioche is absolutely delicious. Ingredients For The Turkey Cheeseburger Brioche bun Turkey patty (I usually use frozen turkey burger patties) Slice of cheese Lettuce leaves Tomato slices Onion slices Mayo Mustard Directions How To Make Turkey Cheeseburger Cook the turkey patty on both sides. At the end of cooking, top with a slice of cheese, so the cheese melts. Microwave the brioche bun for 7 seconds so it gets warm. Split the bun horizontally. Spread the bun with mayo and mustard, top with turkey patty with melted cheese, top with onion slices, tomato slices, lettuce leaves and finally a top bun. Enjoy!

This is a nice change from the classic shepherd’s pie recipe. Sweet potatoes are more nutritious then regular potatoes - that’s a good excuse to make this sweet potato shepherd’s pie for dinner! Ingredients: 4 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into quarters 1 lb ground turkey 1 onion, chopped 1 tbsp oil 1/2 cup milk 1 egg 1 tsp cumin 3 tbsp honey salt and pepper to taste Directions: Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the potatoes and boil for 20 minutes, or until tender. Preheat the oven to 375F. While the potatoes are boiling, heat the oil on a non-stick frying pan and cook the onion over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add the ground turkey and sprinkle with cumin. Cook, stirring, for 10 minutes, or until the meat is no longer pink. Add salt and pepper to taste. When the sweet potatoes are cooked, drain them in a colander and put in a large bowl. Add milk and honey and mash with a potato masher. Put the meat mixture into a large non-stick baking dish (spread it evenly), then spread the mashed sweet potatoes on top. Whisk the egg in a small bowl. Brush the top [...]

Ingredients: 1 lb turkey breast cutlets 1 egg 1/2 cup flour 3/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 1 tbsp oil Directions: If the turkey cutlets are too big, cut them into smaller pieces. Sprinkle turkey cutlets with salt and pepper on both sides. Whisk the egg in a bowl. Put the flour on a large plate. Heat the oil in a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat (I like to use 2 frying pans at once to save time). Dip each turkey cutlet in the egg, then dip into flour on each side, then put on a frying pan. Cook turkey cutlets for 4 minutes on 1 side, then flip them and cook for 4 minutes on the other side (or until no longer pink inside). These turkey cutlets go great with cranberry sauce!
