I love tea! In the morning, I drink either hot coffee or hot tea, depending on my mood. I used to use the tea in the tea bags, until I discovered the tea infuser spoon (pictured above). The tea infuser spoon makes it so easy to use the loose-leaf tea (the tea that’s not in the tea bags). Loose-leaf tea is generally tastier and has higher quality than the tea in the tea bags. There are also more choices for gourmet teas sold as loose-leaf. Also, loose-leaf tea is cheaper than the same kind of tea packaged in tea bags. Before I discovered the tea infuser spoon, brewing the loose-leaf tea was so complicated that I simply didn’t feel like dealing with it in the mornings. Brewing a single cup of loose-leaf tea using the tea infuser spoon is as easy as dumping the tea bag in a cup! I got my tea infuser spoon for a whopping $2, at the store section where they the spatulas, whisks, garlic presses and other little cooking tools. Here’s how to use the tea infuser spoon - First, bring a cup of water to a boil in a microwave. Next, open the container [...]

Panini press is a very useful kitchen gadget. I use my panini maker several times a week to make grilled hot sandwiches. Many kitchen gadgets are easy to use, but hard to clean. Is panini press one of them? Should you stay away from panini press because you don’t know how to clean it? Not a chance! Panini press is very easy to clean. It takes less than a minute to clean a panini maker, and here’s how you do it. First of all, don’t ever wash the panini press in the sink! It’s an electrical appliance, and these should never be put under running water or even worse submerged in water. Water and electrical stuff don’t mix – water can break the panini maker, cause the electrical shock or even fire! Before cleaning the panini press, make sure it is unplugged, and make sure it is completely cool to touch. Next, see if there are any large crumbs or pieces inside the panini press. If that’s the case, flip the panini press over the sink or a large trash can, and dump the crumbs out. After there are no large crumbs inside the panini maker, take the wet paper [...]

Panini press is a cooking gadget worth having. Panini press transforms an ordinary boring sandwich into a warm, crispy and grilled creation that you can smell from far away! Imagine biting into a hot sandwich with beautiful grill marks that is oozing with hot yellow cheese! When you decide that you need a panini press for your kitchen, that next question is: which one? How do you choose a panini press that’s right for you? Choosing a panini press comes down to the following factors: Factor #1 For Choosing A Panini Press: Panini Press Size How many people are in your family? How many panini sandwiches do you plan to be cooking at once? Panini press works really quickly – a sandwich is hot and ready in about 2 minutes. So even if you have 4 people in your family, it’s not a big deal to cook sandwiches 2 at a time. But if let’s say you have 8 people in your family, cooking paninis 2 at a time will be quite a hassle, so you’ll need a larger panini press. Another consideration for panini press size is the counter space. It’s a trade-off: a larger panini press cooks more [...]
