Tuna salad recipe is very easy and needs just 3 ingredients – tuna, egg and mayo. I always have some canned tuna in my pantry, so if I don’t know what to make for lunch, I can quickly make a tuna salad. You can eat tuna salad by itself, wrap it in a tortilla for a tuna salad wrap, or put it between two slices of bread to make a tuna salad sandwich. Tuna salad sandwich is my favorite way to eat a tuna salad :) Ingredients For A Tuna Salad: 1 small can of tuna 2 hard-boiled eggs, peeled 3 tbsp of mayo Directions How To Make Tuna Salad: Open the tuna and drain the liquid. Put the tuna in a bowl. Add the hard-boiled eggs to the tuna. Mash the eggs and tuna with a fork. Add the mayo and mix. That’s all there is to it :) Tuna salad tastes best cold from the refrigerator. If you can, make the tuna salad an hour ahead and refrigerate. Enjoy this super-easy tuna salad! Don’t you want to bite into this tuna salad sandwich?

Catfish nuggets are small pieces of catfish that are sold in the seafood section in the supermarket. Catfish nuggets have no bones in them, they are like filets cut into pieces. Catfish nuggets are usually very cheap, but they are very tasty if cooked using this recipe. Fried catfish nuggets make a very delicious and EASY dinner! On this photo, I served fried catfish nuggets with yellow rice and mango salsa! Ingredients For Fried Catfish Nuggets Recipe: 1 lb catfish nuggets 1/2 cup flour 3/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper Directions How To Make Fried Catfish Nuggets: Put the flour on a large plate. Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat (I use 2 pans, so I can cook all the fish at the same time). Note that you don’t need oil! Catfish is an oily fish, and will release its own oil – as long as your frying pan is non-stick, the catfish will not stick to it. Roll each catfish nugget in the flour on both sides, then put on a frying pan. Cook for 4 minutes, or until golden-brown on the bottom. Flip the catfish nuggets to the other side and cook for another 4 [...]

Fish cooked in lemon-butter sauce is very flavorful. You can use any kind of white fish. The photo above shows tilapia fish in lemon-butter sauce. Lemon-butter fish recipe is also very quick to make – it won’t take longer then 20 minutes from start to finish! Fish in lemon-butter sauce goes really well with rice as a side dish. Before cooking the fish, you can put the rice in the rice cooker, and when the fish is done, the rice side dish will be done too – without you lifting a finger :) Ingredients for Lemon-Butter Fish Recipe: Fish fillets 2 tbsp butter 2 tbsp vegetable oil 1 small lemon Salt and pepper Directions How To Cook Lemon-Butter Fish: Put butter on a large non-stick frying pan and heat over medium heat. When the butter melts, add the oil. Cut the lemon into quarters, and squeeze the juice from each quarter into the frying pan. Mix lemon juice, butter and oil with a spatula. Add the fish to the frying pan, and increase the heat to medium-high. Cook the fish for 4 minutes, then turn over with a spatula and cook on the other side for 4 minutes or until [...]
