Are you a fan of Cinnamon Dolce Latte from Starbucks? Here’s the recipe for a homemade version of cinnamon dolce latte. To make Cinnamon Dolce Latte at home, you need: Coffee beans (2 tbsp) Cinnamon (1/2 tsp) Filtered water (1 cup) Milk (half of the coffee mug) Sugar (1 tbsp) Coffee maker Coffee grinder Here’s the recipe for homemade Cinnamon Dolce Latte: Put the coffee beans in a coffee grinder, and grind. Put the ground coffee in the coffee filter, then sprinkle ground cinnamon on top of ground coffee. Add filtered water to the coffeemaker. Brew the coffee. When the coffee finishes brewing, pour it in your coffee mug (fill half the mug, the other half will be milk). Add sugar. Pour milk in another cup and warm it in the microwave (warm, not boil!). We warm the milk so the coffee doesn’t get cold when the milk is added. Add the milk to the coffee so the mug is full. Stir. If you need more sugar, you can add more. Enjoy drinking your homemade cinnamon dolce latte! I was enjoying my cinnamon dolce latte with a waffle spread with Nutella. Why do I only use whole coffee beans and [...]

Forget about those overpriced cans of coffee latte! You can make your own iced coffee at home for a fraction of the cost of canned ones. Plus a homemade iced coffee has much better taste! Just imagine how long the coffee in those cans has been sitting out there… yuck! Your own iced coffee latte is fresh and good! This iced coffee latte keeps for several days in the refrigerator (as long as the pitcher is closed… if your pitcher doesn’t have a lid, cover it with the plastic wrap). Grind 1 cup of coffee beans in a coffee grinder. Put ground coffee in a coffee filter of the coffeemaker. Pour 7 cups of filtered or bottled water in the coffee maker. Brew the coffee. Pour the coffee from the coffeemaker carafe into a pitcher. Add 7 tbsp of sugar and stir. Add 1 cups of milk and stir. Refrigerate until cold.

Ever wondered why the coffee you make is a far cry from Starbucks®? ;) Here’s how to make great coffee at your own home: Start With Whole Coffee Beans Using packaged pre-ground coffee (or even worse, instant coffee) will not give you good results – you’ll get stale-tasting brown water :) Grinding the beans is extremely easy! Just buy a cheap coffee grinder, and then all you need to do is put the beans there and press the button. 30 seconds and you are done! Coffee Beans Must Be Fresh Look at the expiration date at the store when you buy your coffee – make sure the expiration date is far away. Once the package is opened, use it as soon as possible – their flavor noticebly deteriorates even as fast as after a week. Store in the air-tight container. If you still have some left a month after you opened it, throw it out. I store my coffee in the original packages (assuming they are resealable) – I force out as much air as I can, then seal the package. I store opened packages in the refrigerator door – I found that they stay fresh longer in the refrigerator then [...]
