How To Make Buffalo Cauliflower

Buffalo cauliflower is so healthy and tastes amazing!  Cauliflower florets are tossed in spicy Buffalo sauce and oven roasted to perfection! Delicious!

Unlike some other Buffalo cauliflower recipes that dip the cauliflower in egg and flour and fry it afterwards, this recipe is super healthy! This version of Buffalo cauliflower does not contain flour, so it’s gluten-free and low-carb!  It is also baked in the oven, not fried, so it’s low in calories as well!

Buffalo cauliflower can also serve as a vegan alternative to Buffalo wings.  Classic Buffalo sauce is not vegan as it contains butter, but you can easily make a vegan Buffalo sauce yourself by mixing 2/3 cups of hot pepper sauce with 1/3 cup of olive oil or coconut oil.  When you use this vegan Buffalo sauce mixture in this recipe, you get perfect vegan Buffalo cauliflower!

Vegan Buffalo Cauliflower

Cauliflower has a very mild flavor of its own, so it really takes on the flavor of the sauce it’s cooked in.  In this case, a Buffalo sauce!

Roasted Buffalo Cauliflower Florets

This cauliflower is oven baked at a high temperature for a short time, so it develops a roasted flavor but still remains crunchy – so addictive!
